Sandra Hernandez

Sandra Hernandez has been teaching movement practices globally for over 8 years. With a background in human biology and yoga, her purpose is to empower others to connect with their inner child through movement in a safe, inclusive manner. As a flyer, she gravitates towards flowy washing machines, counter balances, and all whippy / poppy things. She is passionate about making movement fun and will not give up in helping you achieve your acro goals. Outside of acro, you can find her reading a book a week, surfing, adventuring, cooking up a storm, and petting every dog she meets.
