Merrick (she/her) completed her AcroRevolution Teacher Training in October 2019. She is a lover of movement, continuously in awe of the body and its potential for unique expression, creativity, & authentic connection. Merrick takes a playful & somatic approach to her acro teachings, layering in concepts from Body-Mind Centering (BMC), contact improv, and Bartenieff Fundamentals. She sees her classes as an opportunity for co-creation & exploration, a chance for all to experience deep inner balance & awareness, while strengthening human to human connection. When Merrick isn’t doing acro, there’s a good chance you can find her figure skating and coaching at the Yerba Buena Ice Skating Center in San Francisco.
