A social worker by trade, Lori has always been seeking ways to connect, build community, increase positive self-esteem, establish safe and healthy relationships, and have fun in life. Lori began practicing acro later in life, having no experience with yoga or gymnastics. She was blessed to have loving and accepting individuals who were patient and willing to teach her new skills, resulting in her having the time of her life, while being in the best physical shape of her life. Lori is passionate about showing people that this practice is accessible to everyone, with incredible physical and mental health benefits. She is often found at jams trying to entice onlookers into trying a beginner pose in order to spread the pure joy that she feels every time she is able to connect and play through acro. She truly believes that everyone can acro.
