A long time dedicated Yogi and pediatrician, acro yoga brought together my passion for movement and play and the intelligence and beauty of the human body. But more than loving the fun of the practice, the delight of finding a like minded accepting and loving community is what made this practice my true passion. I am always filled with joy and laughter coming together with other acro yogis to play but sharing this amazing practice with others and seeing them find their own community and joy in the practice is forever inspirational. My classes will always be filled with enthusiasm, support where ever one is at in their practice, and definitely laughter and hugs.
