Acro Teaching Philosophy
Acroyoga is a healthy and fun way to get to know yourself and other people as they are, you cannot pretend that you know everything when you are upside down doing a washing machine for the first time, you have to be humble. I think the best way to teach is to give all the tools, prepare your students for most of the scenarios, and as they know all that, let them experience it, we all have great creative power, that needs to be tuned. I believe that happiness is in physical and mental health and Acroyoga teaches us a creative and assertive way of communicating, leads us to a positive environment, and shows us a way to reach that balance between body, mind, and our environment. My students teach me in every class, so my main goal as a teacher is to continue learning so that I can give them more and better tools.
