Courtney started movement arts in University in 2010 when she discovered aerial silks and static trapeze. From there she expanded to teach aerial arts, rowing and acroyoga in Ontario and across New Zealand. After a year abroad, she returned to Canada, completed AcroRevolutions Teacher Training and settled into Northern BC.

Courtney sees acroyoga as a way to connect with others and to spread playfulness and self confidence through body awareness. She loves the sense of community and connection that can be found all over the world.
