We will dive deeper into the art of pops and learn how to use techniques and progressions to take your pops to the next level! Every week we will run different progressions with different types of pops, allowing for ways to make things easier or harder based on your readiness. The workshop will start by breaking down the methodology of pops. Using this awareness, we will go over common pops, and then bridge the gap into advanced pops with Icarian spotting techniques. With a focus on safety and connection, we will take your pops to the next level!
