Yanai Levor

This is your chance to do some structured acro with your kids at home!Class begins with some simple warm-up games, where we can have fun together while testing our strength and coordination.We will then learn some simple poses and flows, both L-basing and on a standing base, much like with adult partners, but adjusted to working kids. We will be making sure everyone has plenty time to play and learn safely. You will get detailed and personalised input on your progress during class.Yanai will be assisted by a father and daughter duo – Yariv & Noya – who will demonstrate the exercises and poses. 

The level of difficulty will depend on who joins the class, with lots of options for breaking things down and giving alternatives for those who find it difficult, or making things more challenging for the more advanced students. Yanai has loads of experience in adjusting content to suit individual needs.
Pre-requisites: 

• A child aged 5-12 (Having at least one parent per child is highly recommended.)
• Enough matted space to move around and to fall safely
• Experience with bird (front plank), throne and straddle bat are advised, but not required.

Classes will be taught in clearly spoken and easy to understand ENGLISH.
