We will be teaching the bear-necessities of hand to hand and foot to hand in L-base position and base sitting position. The purpose of this class will be to lay a good foundation of technique so that partners can eventually advance their standing hand to hand when gyms open back up. This class will build off the handstand class that Liz is teaching beforehand, and it is advised that fliers take that class also. In this class, students should expect a warmup, drills, conditioning and advancements for higher skill level pairs.
Prerequisite: L-base foot to hand hold for 1 minute, Flyer can hold one minute handstand against a wall
