AcroStrong is a 30-minute class that focuses on strengthening the core, hips, and shoulders. The class will offer a mixture of active flexibility, balance (stability), functional movement, and interval training.
Jeremy started establishing his career as a fitness expert in 2001 and utilizes all of his experience to provide a simple not-at-the-gym workout. Many drills are offered as bodyweight exercises, but feel free to incorporate the use of mini-bands, ankle weights, etc… to provide yourself with a more stimulating experience.
