Sariah Papaya and Reno Gorman

Class begins with calibrating mini-machines instead of the boring old warmup drills! There will be partner handstands, creative holds and games to get us started. Each class we will bring you a NEW flow along with some classic THN machines to keep things rolling. We are also happy to take requests ahead of time so check our catalog if there is something you want deconstructed in class.

Prerequisites: This class can be leveled up or down depending on partnerships, but we do hope you are proficient in sidestar cartwheels, reverse star and, for the love of god, practice your high barrel rolls/corkscrews. We have this sweet little time together. Let’s work hard, move our bodies every possible way and create something beautiful!
